Horrible Online Shopping

Twice I selected 2 different Silver jeans filtering by inseam length. It gave me a couple choices. Both times I was able to get to confirm order. At that time it tells me my selection is out of stock. VERY frustrating!!! I feel like I have to race when I'm shopping when the item says "low inventory". Instead I will go somewhere else.

Terrible Return Policy

I was a first-time customer with Maurice's on line. I order a cute plaid shirt in my usual size. It was too small. When I went to see about exchanging it, that is not an option. I have to return the shirt (and pay shipping again), then re-order on line and pay shipping again! I'm not going to do that, but I will end up paying $14 to ship both ways and end up without a shirt! There are too many options with free shipping for me to bother with Maurice's again.

Love the Styles and Size Options

I am so in love with Maurices! The styles and size options are awsome! I especially love how the girls will start your own personal room for you to try on everything and they even ask if you need something in a different size, so you won't have to go back and forth! They make you feel like a star
